We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, no. 12/25) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we collect
We only collect data you send us yourself and data that is technically necessary to run the website:
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (if you enter it) and the content of your message. The form does not store this data on the website; it only forwards it to our e-mail.
- E-mail correspondence: your address, name and the content of the messages we exchange.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of visit, logged by the server for security and to keep the website running.
Why and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal, i.e. to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To perform a contract if you become our client, and to meet legal obligations such as accounting.
- To protect the website from misuse, based on our legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not send newsletters and we do not sell data to third parties.
Who else has access to the data
We only share data with service providers we need to operate, who process it on our instructions:
- Namecheap, Inc. (USA), our website hosting provider; the website is hosted on a server in a data centre in the European Union;
- Google (Google Workspace), which we use to send and receive e-mail; Google may process data outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the safeguards set out in its data processing terms;
- collaborators engaged on your project, only to the extent needed for the work and under a confidentiality obligation.
How long we keep data
- E-mail enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than 12 months after the last contact and then deleted.
- Contract and invoice data are kept for as long as the law requires.
- Server logs are kept by the hosting provider in line with its own policies.
Your rights
Under applicable law you have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Send your request to info@linksoft.ba and we will reply within the statutory deadline.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or with the data protection authority in your EU country of residence.
Cookies
The website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, with no analytics or advertising. See our Cookie policy for details.
